Choosy “Frankie” Jumpsuit

Anthropologie Tuxedo Dress

As a way to keep my sanity during our current pandemic, I started venturing on Poshmark to find great deals to add to my closet! Plus, I’m making it my goal to make my clothing purchases more sustainable and environmentally friendly, meaning less “fast fashion brands”, and more purchasing second-hand or NWT items with long term wear intention. Here are some of my favorite Poshmark items that I purchased “New With Tags”or worn once condition at a bargain!

My Favorite Poshmark Summer finds:

  1. Cushnie Sweater - New with Tags $125 - This sweater was an incredible deal! I crossed searched the sweater when I found it and discovered that it was listed on other second-hand/new marketplaces for $500 or more. Carley Cushnie has become one of my favorite Black designers to admire and support, so being able to get a signature luxury piece of hers at a bargain was a dream come true!

  2. Black Reformation Jeans - Used but perfect condition $54. Reformation makes some of the best jeans for small yet curvy women. Every pair compliments area like my hips and butt in the right way! Although Reformation Jeans are expensive for a “sustainable” brand, I decided to see what I could find on Poshmark

  3. Choosy Brown Faux Leather “Frankie” Jumpsuit- $10. When this piece arrived I didn’t like it at first. It looked huge and felt cheap. However, when trying on fits for my blog photoshoot something told me to put the outfit on, style it up a bit, and it was a hit! At $10, this was a great style deal!

  4. Anthropologie Tuxedo Dress - $27 When I came across this dress I was shopping with intention. I wanted to find a cute tuxedo dress that gave off luxe grown woman vibes. To start my search I typed in my keywords, “Tuxedo dress”, narrowed done selections to my pre-saved sizes, selected my color choices (I wanted Black, cream, or white) and started my search! Once I came across the dress I didn’t purchase right away, I usually heart the listing them wait a bit because I’ll usually get offers from the seller and that’s exactly what happened with this dress! The sell offered me a steal of $19 for the dress so I immediately purchased it!

I haven’t done any Poshmark shopping since September, but I plan to start my searches again for the perfect winter wardrobe. Stay tuned as I provide tips on how to score great deals on Poshmark!
